Above I have only listed song titles I don’t want you all reminiscing too much! Some of my readers may be a little lost with some of these song titles but I tried to get the 80s-2000s. The thing that each song has in common is that it was great for some time and even made millions. The commonality amongst the one hit artist is that at some point in their lifetime they were known almost internationally. Many of these artists are now trying to redeem their careers through reality shows, such as Celebrity Rehab, Apprentice, and Dancing with the Stars. Unfortunately, this generation has no idea who they are and could careless.
How do you want to be remembered? As a person who had influence but I just can’t remember what they were influencing people to do. Or are you the type of person that is going to leave an impact that not only influences the current generation but future one’s. You may say making millions temporarily is better than never making them at all. Well, ask individuals like R&B artists such as, T-Boz, Chilli, and the late Lisa “Left-Eye” Lopez. With one album they literally made millions that in turn they never saw because of a million reasons.
Are you currently living your life as a one hit wonder or a legend? Do you want people to know you for a moment or a lifetime? Join me a let’s leave an imprint that will change the future of our society like so many music artist have done, such as James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, Michael Jackson and many more. The difference between a one hit wonderer and a legend is that after they’re done the future will never be the same.
